Mouse Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 1 (Nfe2l1) ELISA Kit

This colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative measurement of mouse Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 1 (Nfe2l1). The kit accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and is specific for natural and recombinant mouse endoplasmic reticulum membrane sensor NFE2L1.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 6.95pg/mL, and intra-assay and inter-assay CV values of 0.0%. Linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Mean recovery is 80% (range 80-80%) for both serum and plasma.

The Nfe2l1 gene (NCBI Gene ID 18023; UniProt Q61985) encodes a protein of approximately 49kDa that is involved in globin gene expression in erythrocytes. Isoform 3 acts as a transcription factor binding the extended kappa 3 site of the TNF-alpha promoter after Fc gamma RIII stimulation. The target is also referred to as NRF1, LCR-F1, TCF11, NF-E2-related factor 1, and nuclear factor, erythroid derived 2, like 1.
