Mouse NRIP1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich, double-antibody ELISA from Assay Genie is designed to quantify mouse NRIP1 (Nuclear Receptor Interacting Protein 1), also known as Nuclear factor RIP140 and Receptor-interacting protein 140, in cell biology research. Detection is colorimetric, and the assay is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. NRIP1 is studied for its role in regulating nuclear receptor activity and gene expression, and as a biomarker in conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and cancer.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 2.344 ng/mL and an assay range of 3.906-250 ng/mL. Linearity at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 is reported for serum at 98-104%, 85-103% and 86-103%; EDTA plasma at 84-100%, 83-94% and 85-96%; and heparin plasma at 80-95%, 81-99% and 88-95%. Spike-and-recovery averages are 94% (serum, range 85-102%), 92% (EDTA plasma, 85-98%) and 96% (heparin plasma, 88-104%). The workflow uses a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin (SABC) and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.
