Mouse NOX1/NADPH oxidase 1 ELISA Kit

NOX1 is a member of the NADPH oxidase enzyme family and plays a crucial role in the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS), contributing to various physiological and pathophysiological processes. Dysregulation of NOX1 has been implicated in cardiovascular disorders, inflammatory conditions, and cancer, making it a valuable target for therapeutic research. The kit offers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL with a measuring range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL, and should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. The assay workflow covers reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB substrate color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and reading absorbance at 450 nm after adding stop solution. Reported linearity spans 93-105%, 96-104% and 89-102% for serum (n=5) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions respectively; 84-100%, 92-100% and 83-100% for EDTA plasma; and 81-97%, 89-99% and 89-95% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges from 88-100% (serum, average 95%), 86-103% (EDTA plasma, average 92%) and 86-105% (heparin plasma, average 95%).
