Mouse NOS2/iNOS ELISA Kit

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Validated recovery averages 95% for serum, 96% for EDTA plasma, and 93% for heparin plasma, with linearity between 82% and 105% across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions. Absorbance is read at 450 nm after TMB substrate development and addition of stop solution. The kit includes a Bradford Reagent for total protein quantification, supporting sample normalization.
