Mouse NGB/ Neuroglobin ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of neuroglobin (NGB) in mouse samples, with reactivity confirmed for mouse. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format and is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Performance characteristics quoted by the manufacturer include a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and an assay range of 1.563–100 ng/mL. Reported recovery values across serum (n=5, average 93%), EDTA plasma (n=5, average 91%) and heparin plasma (n=5, average 96%) fall within 87–104%. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
