Mouse NF-κB p65/Nuclear Factor Kappa B p65 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse NF-κB p65 concentrations in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.313-20 ng/ml.

Precision performance gives intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%. Spiked recovery in serum was 87-101% (average 93%), in EDTA plasma 90-101% (average 95%), and in UFH plasma 85-101% (average 93%). Linearity was demonstrated by serial dilution across the same matrices.

NF-κB p65, also known as transcription factor p65 (gene Rela, UniProt Q04207), is a subunit of the NF-κB transcription complex involved in inflammatory and immune responses.
