Mouse Neutrophil elastase (Elane) ELISA Kit

The Mouse Neutrophil elastase (Elane) ELISA Kit provides a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.089 ng/mL, with a colorimetric detection method. Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV of 7.4% and an inter-assay CV of 10.5%. Recovery averages 101% (range 95-107%) in serum and 103% (range 97-109%) in plasma. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant mouse Neutrophil elastase, also known by the synonyms Elastase-2, Leukocyte elastase, and Ela2 (UniProt Q3UP87), a serine protease produced by neutrophils that contributes to immune defence by breaking down proteins in the extracellular matrix.
