Mouse Neurotrophin-3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA, double antibody assay from Assay Genie for measuring neurotrophin-3 (NTF3) levels in mouse samples. The Mouse Neurotrophin-3 ELISA Kit accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL with a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL, and detection is colorimetric with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Linearity was validated in serum (87-100%, 89-103%, 86-105% at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions), EDTA plasma (86-98%, 85-100%, 84-98%), and heparin plasma (81-89%, 86-97%, 82-100%). Recovery ranges were 88-103% in serum (average 97%), 87-101% in EDTA plasma (average 96%), and 86-99% in heparin plasma (average 92%).
