Quantify Neuropilin-1 (NRP1) in mouse specimens with this immunoassay kit from Assay Genie. NRP1 is a single-pass transmembrane glycoprotein functioning as a co-receptor for class III semaphorins in axon guidance and for vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) isoforms in angiogenesis. Its expression on endothelial cells, neurons, and regulatory T cells makes it a focal molecule across vascular biology, neuroscience, and tumor immunology research.
The kit delivers a colorimetric readout and includes materials sufficient for 96 individual reactions, validated for mouse reactivity. Acceptable specimen types include whole serum, EDTA-plasma, prepared tissue homogenates, and cell culture supernatants. Researchers can apply the assay to studies of VEGF-A signaling, SEMA3A-dependent neuronal patterning, and NRP1 expression within the tumor microenvironment.
Kit components should be kept refrigerated between uses, and the product is designated for research use only. Investigators working on angiogenesis models, neurodevelopmental mechanisms, or immune checkpoint biology can apply this kit to quantify NRP1 concentrations across disease models and experimental conditions, supporting studies of tumor vasculature and immune cell infiltration patterns.
