Mouse Neuroligin-3 (Nlgn3) ELISA Kit

It is reactive with mouse samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for both natural and recombinant mouse Neuroligin-3.

Stated performance figures include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.085 ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 6.5% and an inter-assay CV of 7.8%. Recovery in serum averages 92% (range 86–98%) and in plasma averages 94% (range 88–100%). Neuroligin-3 is a cell-surface protein involved in cell-cell interactions through neurexin family members, contributing to synapse function and synaptic signal transmission. It is detected at both glutamatergic and GABAergic synapses and may promote the initial formation of synapses as well as play a role in glia-glia or glia-neuron interactions in the developing peripheral nervous system.
