Mouse Neurogenic locus notch homolog protein 1 (Notch1) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie that has been designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Neurogenic locus notch homolog protein 1 (NOTCH1). The kit is reactive with mouse samples and is supplied for research use only.

Validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, the assay detects both natural and recombinant mouse NOTCH1. NOTCH1 functions as a receptor for the membrane-bound ligands Jagged1, Jagged2 and Delta1, regulating cell-fate determination through the formation of a transcriptional activator complex with RBPJ/RBPSUH upon ligand activation.
