Mouse Neuritin (Nrn1) ELISA Kit

Neuritin, also referred to as Candidate plasticity gene 15 protein or Cpg15, is a GPI-anchored synaptic protein encoded at the Nrn1 locus (UniProt Q8CFV4), with a reported molecular weight of 15,353 Da. It functions to promote neurite outgrowth and especially branching of neuritic processes in primary hippocampal and cortical cells, and is described as a component of the outer core of the AMPAR complex.
