Mouse Neuregulin 1/NRG1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA, double-antibody assay from Assay Genie designed for the precise measurement of Neuregulin-1 (NRG1) levels in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is colorimetric, using TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm. The kit reports a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a measuring range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL.

Reported validation data include linearity for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma tested at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, falling within 82-102%. Recovery ranges are 87-99% for serum (average 96%), 85-104% for EDTA plasma (average 97%), and 86-103% for heparin plasma (average 92%). The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
