Mouse Neural cell adhesion molecule 2 (Ncam2) ELISA Kit

The assay measures natural and recombinant mouse Ncam2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, with reactivity restricted to mouse samples. The target protein (UniProt O35136) is a membrane-associated isoform bearing a GPI-anchor on isoform Short, and is reported to play important roles in selective fasciculation and zone-to-zone projection of primary olfactory axons.
