Mouse Netrin-1 ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie, this Mouse Netrin-1 ELISA Kit uses a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody format for the quantitative measurement of netrin-1 in mouse samples. The kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with reactivity specific to mouse. Detection is colorimetric, based on TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Key performance figures include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and an assay range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Reported linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions (n=5) spans 85-103%, 82-92% and 82-100% for serum; 85-105%, 82-100% and 82-100% for EDTA plasma; and 89-101%, 86-100% and 81-97% for heparin plasma. Recovery averages 95% for serum (range 92-100%), 91% for EDTA plasma (range 86-97%), and 98% for heparin plasma (range 94-103%).

The assay protocol involves equilibrating reagents, loading standards and samples onto the pre-coated plate and incubating at 37°C for 90 minutes, followed by biotin-labeled detection antibody for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes, and TMB substrate development for 10–20 minutes in the dark. The kit includes a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody (100X), HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC, 100X), TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer (25X), plate sealer, and technical manual. Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months.
