Mouse Neprilysin (NEP) ELISA Kit

This colorimetric in vitro immunoassay kit from Assay Genie quantifies mouse neprilysin, the zinc metallopeptidase also known as NEP or CD10, in research samples using a standard ELISA workflow run on a microplate.

Neprilysin is a membrane-bound endopeptidase that cleaves vasoactive peptides such as natriuretic and bradykinin-like substrates as well as amyloid-beta, making it a focal protein in cardiovascular, neurodegeneration, and tumor-biology studies. Researchers commonly use mouse NEP measurements to investigate heart failure models, amyloid clearance in Alzheimer's research, lymphoid-marker expression, and renal peptide signaling.

The kit is supplied in a 96 assay format with all reagents required for the standard curve, washes, and sample incubation steps, and is labeled for research use only. Unopened components should be refrigerated, protected from light, and brought to room temperature before use; reconstituted reagents and standards are best aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve activity over the shelf life of the kit.
