Mouse NCOR2 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse NCOR2 (Nuclear Receptor Corepressor 2), a protein involved in transcriptional regulation, gene expression, and chromatin remodeling. The kit is intended for research use in Epigenetics and Nuclear Signaling, and the assay is configured for the measurement of NCOR2 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The double-antibody sandwich format uses a colorimetric readout. Reported sensitivity is 37.5 pg/mL and the standard range is 62.5–4000 pg/mL. In linearity testing at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, serum (n=5) recovered at 86–98%, 85–101% and 94–105%; EDTA plasma (n=5) at 84–99%, 83–96% and 90–98%; and heparin plasma (n=5) at 85–100%, 81–99% and 82–98%. Spike-and-recovery was 86–104% (average 95%) for serum, 86–105% (average 95%) for EDTA plasma, and 85–99% (average 92%) for heparin plasma. After TMB color development, absorbance is read at 450 nm, and unopened kit components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
