Mouse NAGase/N-Acetyl Beta-D-Glucosaminidase ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA Kit for the quantitative measurement of NAGase (N-Acetyl-Beta-D-Glucosaminidase) in mouse samples. The assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples, and uses a colorimetric readout with TMB substrate measured at 450 nm. The double-antibody sandwich format employs a biotin-labeled detection antibody together with HRP-Streptavidin (SABC). The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a measuring range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Spike-and-recovery performance averaged 98% (range 89–105%) in serum, 93% (range 88–101%) in EDTA plasma, and 93% (range 89–96%) in heparin plasma. Linearity at a 1:2 dilution was 85–100% for serum, 87–97% for EDTA plasma, and 80–94% for heparin plasma.

NAGase is a key enzyme in glycosaminoglycan metabolism, with roles in tissue remodeling, inflammation, and cell signaling. Its dysregulation has been linked to lysosomal storage disorders and certain cancers, making it a useful biomarker for disease research. The kit should be stored at 2–8°C and remains stable for 12 months under those conditions.
