Mouse NADPH oxidase 4 (Nox4) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse NADPH oxidase 4 (NOX4), this Sandwich ELISA Kit supports research into oxidative stress, inflammation, and cardiovascular biology. NOX4 is described as a constitutive NADPH oxidase which generates superoxide intracellularly upon formation of a complex with CYBA/p22phox, and has been implicated in apoptosis, bone resorption, and lipopolysaccharide-mediated activation of NFKB.

The kit offers a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.156 ng/mL, and has been validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. Reported precision is an Intra CV of 6.8% and Inter CV of 8.7%, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse NOX4.
