Mouse NADH-cytochrome b5 reductase 2 (Cyb5r2) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of mouse NADH-cytochrome b5 reductase 2 (Cyb5r2, synonym b5R.2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with mouse samples and detects both natural and recombinant CYB5R2. It uses ELISA detection chemistry with a reported detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.157ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is given as 6.9% CV and inter-assay precision as 9.3% CV.

Linearity in serum (N=5) is reported as 92-101% at 1:2, 98-108% at 1:4, 106-118% at 1:8 and 107-116% at 1:16; in EDTA plasma (N=5) as 112-124%, 81-91%, 99-111% and 93-104% across the same dilutions; and in heparin plasma (N=5) as 85-95%, 104-114%, 113-122% and 108-118%. Recovery in serum averages 81% (range 80-87%) and in plasma averages 83% (range 80-89%). The associated UniProt entry is Q3KNK3.
