Mouse NAD-dependent ADP-ribosyltransferase sirtuin-4 (Sirt4) ELISA Kit

SIRT4 is an NAD-dependent protein ADP-ribosyltransferase of the sirtuin family (Class II subfamily) localized to the mitochondrion matrix. The enzyme catalyzes ADP-ribosyl group transfer onto target proteins, including mitochondrial GLUD1, inhibiting GLUD1 activity and down-regulating insulin secretion.
