Mouse N (G),N (G)-dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase 1 (Ddah1) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative detection of mouse N(G),N(G)-dimethylarginine dimethylaminohydrolase 1 (DDAH1), also referenced by the synonyms DDAHI, Dimethylargininase-1 and DDAH-1. The colorimetric assay is configured for mouse reactivity and is intended for research use within the cardiovascular field.

Reported performance figures include a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.086 ng/mL. The kit detects natural and recombinant mouse DDAH1, which functions as a hydrolase that processes N(G),N(G)-dimethyl-L-arginine (ADMA) and N(G)-monomethyl-L-arginine (MMA), substrates that act as inhibitors of NOS and thereby contribute to the regulation of nitric oxide generation.

The assay is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. Intra-assay CV, inter-assay CV, linearity and recovery are supplied with the kit.
