Mouse Myosin light chain kinase, smooth muscle (Mylk) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the detection and quantification of Myosin light chain kinase, smooth muscle (MYLK) in mouse samples. MYLK is a calcium/calmodulin-dependent enzyme that regulates smooth muscle contraction via phosphorylation of myosin light chains, and is also recognised by the synonyms Kinase-related protein, Telokin, KRP and MLCK.

The kit shows a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.083 ng/mL, with reactivity confirmed for mouse samples. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. Specificity is reported for natural and recombinant mouse MYLK.
