Mouse Myosin light chain 1/3, skeletal muscle isoform (Myl1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for research use and the quantitative measurement of mouse Myosin light chain 1/3, skeletal muscle isoform (Myl1). MYL1 is a key regulatory protein in skeletal muscle contraction and plays a crucial role in muscle function and movement. Dysregulation of MYL1 has been linked to muscle-related disorders and diseases, supporting its use as a biomarker for skeletal muscle biology, muscle diseases and therapeutic approaches targeting muscle function.

The assay is reactive with mouse samples, validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Myl1. Reported sensitivity is 0.081ng/mL with a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.9% and an inter-assay CV of 8.6%. Linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions, with serum ranges of 108-116%, 105-115%, 109-117% and 96-106%, EDTA plasma ranges of 94-104%, 102-112%, 112-121% and 91-101%, and heparin plasma ranges of 97-105%, 107-119%, 107-117% and 105-114%. Recovery is 98% (range 92-104%) in serum and 100% (range 94-106%) in plasma.
