Mouse Myosin-4 (Myh4) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the precise quantitative measurement of mouse Myosin-4 (MYH4) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, using a colorimetric detection method. MYH4, also referred to as Myosin heavy chain 2b, Myosin heavy chain 4, and MyHC-2b, is a key protein involved in muscle contraction and movement. Dysregulation of MYH4 expression has been linked to various muscle disorders and diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.

Reported performance specifications include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.156ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.9% and inter-assay CV is 8.8%. Optical density is read at 450 nm using a microplate reader.
