Mouse Myeloid Progenitor Inhibitory Factor 2 (MPIF2) ELISA Kit

MPIF2, also designated CCL24 and commonly referred to as Eotaxin-2, is a CC-family chemokine best known for its role in eosinophil recruitment and activation. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables measurement of mouse MPIF2 across multiple specimen types, supporting studies of allergic airway inflammation, parasitic infection models, and eosinophil-driven tissue remodeling. Researchers commonly use the kit to compare chemokine levels between wild-type and knockout animals, or to evaluate how candidate anti-inflammatory compounds modulate eosinophil-associated signaling in vitro. Unopened reagents should be stored at 4 °C; bring all components to room temperature before use and protect the substrate solution from light.
