Mouse Myelin basic protein (Mbp) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse myelin basic protein (Mbp). It is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with reactivity confirmed for mouse samples. The kit detects natural and recombinant mouse myelin basic protein, a key constituent of the myelin sheath in the central nervous system, and is supplied for research use only.

Performance characteristics include a colorimetric detection method, a sensitivity of 0.156ng/mL and a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 7.3% and inter-assay CV is 9.5%. Recovery in serum averaged 87% (range 81-93%) and in plasma averaged 89% (range 83-95%). The kit targets the protein corresponding to Uniprot P04370.
