Mouse MyD88 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of MyD88 in mouse samples, using a double-antibody format. The kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported sensitivity is 46.875 pg/mL with an assay range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL.

MyD88 is a key signaling protein involved in the innate immune response, playing a critical role in the activation of downstream pathways in response to bacterial and viral infections, and its dysregulation has been implicated in various inflammatory diseases. Supplied components include a pre-coated ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody (100X), HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC, 100X), TMB substrate, sample dilution buffer, antibody dilution buffer, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer (25X), plate sealer, and a technical manual.

Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is reported at 96-104% / 89-102% / 94-102% for serum, 83-96% / 82-87% / 86-98% for EDTA plasma, and 87-97% / 81-95% / 82-99% for heparin plasma. Average recovery is 92% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 95% for heparin plasma.
