Mouse MuRF1 (muscle-specific RING-finger protein 1) ELISA kit (MOES01574)

Assay Genie’s colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit can assay mouse MuRF1, also described as muscle-specific RING-finger protein 1, in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, other related supernatants and tissues. It is labeled for research use only.

The ELISA plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific to muscle-specific RING-finger protein 1. The method combines the pre-coated antibody with a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-HRP conjugate, and optical density is proportional to target concentration. Readings are taken at “450 nm ± 2 nm.”

Sensitivity is “18.75 pg/mL,” and the stated detection range is “31.25 - 2000 pg/mL.” The manual reports no significant cross-reactivity or interference between the target and analogues. Sample concentration is calculated by comparison with the standard curve, and calculated values are multiplied by the dilution factor when samples have been diluted.
