Mouse MuRF1 ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise quantitative measurement of muscle-specific RING finger protein 1 (MuRF1), this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is intended for use with mouse serum, plasma and tissue lysates. The kit shows a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/ml with a measurable range of 31.25-2000 pg/ml. Spike-and-recovery testing in mouse samples produced recovery ranges of 86-105% (average 94%) for serum, 86-99% (average 92%) for EDTA plasma, and 89-101% (average 95%) for UFH plasma. Precision is reported with intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%. Components are stored at 4°C for 6 months, and the kit is for research use only.
