Mouse Multidrug resistance-associated protein 9 (Abcc12) ELISA Kit

The protein is localised to the membrane as a multi-pass membrane protein (UniProt: Q80WJ6; molecular weight 82,681 Da) and plays a key role in drug resistance and transport processes, supporting a broad range of research applications investigating transporter function and therapeutic targets.

The assay provides a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.062 ng/mL. Linearity has been demonstrated for serum (104–116% at 1:2 to 97–106% at 1:16 dilution), EDTA plasma (96–106% to 101–111%), and heparin plasma (101–111% to 116–116%). For research use only.
