Mouse Multidrug resistance-associated protein 1 (Abcc1) ELISA Kit

The target, mouse multidrug resistance-associated protein 1 (Abcc1), also referred to as MRP1, is a member of the ABC transporter family that plays a central role in drug resistance and detoxification. The assay reacts with mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and recognises both natural and recombinant mouse ABCC1.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.156 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.9% and inter-assay CV is 8.7%. Linearity was assessed at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum (94–117%), EDTA plasma (94–117%) and heparin plasma (80–117%). Recovery ranges from 80–91% in serum and 81–93% in plasma.
