Mouse Muellerian-inhibiting factor (Amh) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich-format ELISA is designed to quantitatively measure mouse Müllerian-inhibiting factor (AMH), also referred to as anti-Müllerian hormone or Müllerian-inhibiting substance. The assay is reactive with mouse samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse AMH.

The assay delivers a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.091 ng/mL. Intra-assay precision is reported at 5.1% CV and inter-assay precision at 9.4% CV. Linearity has been tested across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, and recovery averages 94% (range 88-100%) in serum and 96% (range 90-102%) in plasma.

The target protein is a disulfide-linked homodimer secreted by Sertoli cells of the testis that drives Müllerian duct regression and belongs to the TGF-beta family. It corresponds to UniProt entry P27106 (NCBI Gene ID: 11705) with a molecular weight of 11.3 kDa. The kit is supplied with standard ELISA components for a sandwich workflow and is intended for research use only, with storage temperatures specified per component.
