Mouse mTOR ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC), with TMB substrate development and absorbance read at 450 nm.

Reagents are stored at 2–8°C and the kit is rated for 12 months at that temperature, with selected components protected from direct light. The product is associated with UniProt Q9JLN9 and targets a protein also referred to as FRAP, RAPT1, FKBP12-rapamycin associated protein, and serine/threonine-protein kinase mTOR, within the Cell Biology research area.

Across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, reported linearity is 88–99% / 82–101% / 81–97% for serum, 93–104% / 84–100% / 88–99% for EDTA plasma, and 88–101% / 88–98% / 83–100% for heparin plasma (n=5). Spike-and-recovery ranges are 85–100% (average 95%) for serum, 92–104% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma, and 91–104% (average 97%) for heparin plasma.
