Mouse MPIF2 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody assay intended for the quantitative measurement of Mouse MPIF2 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. MPIF2 is a chemokine that plays a role in immune responses and inflammation, contributing to the recruitment of immune cells to sites of infection or injury and to the regulation of inflammatory processes.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and an assay range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Reported linearity for serum (n = 5) is 87-105% at 1:2, 83-98% at 1:4, and 84-100% at 1:8; for EDTA plasma (n = 5) 86-100%, 86-97%, and 85-100%; and for Heparin plasma (n = 5) 86-98%, 82-101%, and 80-100%. Recovery ranges are 89-103% (average 98%) for serum, 92-105% (average 98%) for EDTA plasma, and 86-103% (average 90%) for Heparin plasma. The assay is read by absorbance at 450 nm following TMB substrate colour development, and detection is colorimetric.

Storage conditions are 2-8°C for 12 months. The product is intended for research use in studying immune function, inflammatory disease processes, and potential therapeutic targets related to MPIF2 biology.
