Mouse Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 3 (MCP3) ELISA Kit

This immunoassay quantifies mouse CCL7 (formerly known as MCP3), a CC-chemokine that recruits monocytes and memory T lymphocytes to sites of inflammation. The kit from Assay Genie is widely used in murine studies of acute and chronic inflammatory disease, allergic airway responses, infection models, and tumor microenvironments.

Each run uses 100 µL of sample and provides a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, with sensitivity below 9.4 pg/mL. Reconstituted reagents and unused strips should be refrigerated; the standard should be aliquoted and stored frozen at -20 °C to limit freeze-thaw loss. The kit is supplied as a microplate-based strip plate intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic procedures.
