Mouse Monocarboxylate transporter 2 (Slc16a7) ELISA Kit

SLC16A7 is a proton-coupled monocarboxylate transporter that catalyses the rapid transport across the plasma membrane of many monocarboxylates, including lactate, pyruvate, branched-chain oxo acids derived from leucine, valine and isoleucine, and the ketone bodies acetoacetate, beta-hydroxybutyrate and acetate, functioning as a high-affinity pyruvate transporter. Dysregulation of SLC16A7 has been linked to metabolic disorders, cancer, and neurological diseases. The assay provides a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL, an Intra-assay CV of 5.2%, an Inter-assay CV of 8.3%, and recognises natural and recombinant mouse Monocarboxylate Transporter 2.
