Mouse MMP7 ELISA Kit

A high-quality Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed to measure MMP7 (Matrix Metalloproteinase 7) levels in mouse samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is suited to research in cell biology, including studies of tissue remodeling, extracellular matrix degradation, cancer, inflammatory conditions, and tissue fibrosis, where MMP7 dysregulation has been implicated.

Validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, the assay has a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a detection range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Linearity has been demonstrated at dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, with reported recovery ranges of 85-103% (serum average 93%), 85-102% (EDTA plasma average 96%), and 85-98% (heparin plasma average 93%). The procedure involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution is added.
