Mouse MMP24 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich-format, double-antibody ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Matrix Metalloproteinase 24 (MMP24) in mouse samples. The kit supports research into extracellular matrix remodeling, tissue development, wound healing, inflammation, and tumor metastasis, in which MMP24 is described as an important enzyme.

Validated specimen types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit is intended for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The assay follows a standard sandwich ELISA workflow: equilibrate reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, incubate standards and samples on the pre-coated plate at 37°C for 90 minutes, add biotin-labeled detection antibody and incubate at 37°C for 60 minutes, add HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) and incubate at 37°C for 30 minutes, develop colour with TMB substrate in the dark for 10-20 minutes, then add stop solution and read absorbance at 450 nm. Recovery and linearity data for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma are provided with the product.
