Mouse MMP10 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit provides a colorimetric, double-antibody assay for the quantitative detection of mouse matrix metalloproteinase 10 (MMP10), also referred to as MMP-10, SL-2, STMY2, Stromelysin-2 or Transin-2. MMP10 is an enzyme involved in tissue remodelling and cell migration, with established roles in wound healing, inflammation, and cancer metastasis, making it relevant to cell biology and disease research.

Reactive with mouse samples, the kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types, and components are stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months. The assay has a reported sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a measuring range of 62.5-4000 pg/mL, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Linearity has been demonstrated for serum (86-103% at 1:2; 82-97% at 1:4; 80-91% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (88-98%; 85-101%; 82-97%) and heparin plasma (90-102%; 89-100%; 84-99%). Recovery spans 85-103% in serum, 93-104% in EDTA plasma and 86-104% in heparin plasma, with mean recoveries of 96%, 98% and 94% respectively.
