Mouse MMP1 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA Kit designed for the precise measurement of MMP1 (Matrix Metalloproteinase-1) levels in mouse samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, and is intended for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

MMP1 plays a critical role in tissue remodeling and the degradation of extracellular matrix components, and is involved in processes such as wound healing, inflammation, and cancer metastasis. The kit is reported to deliver a sensitivity of 75 pg/mL and a measurable range of 125-8000 pg/mL. Kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Reported performance includes linearity for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, and average recovery values of 96% for serum, 100% for EDTA plasma, and 96% for heparin plasma. The procedure uses a biotinylated detection antibody with HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm.
