Mouse MMP-10 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1480)

This sandwich-based, colorimetric ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of MMP-10 in mouse serum, plasma, and lysate samples. The kit targets mouse MMP-10 (UniProt O55123; Gene ID 17384), also referred to as Stromelysin-2, Matrix metalloproteinase-10, and Transin-2 (EC 3.4.24.22).

Manufacturer specifications report a measuring range of 2 pg/ml - 1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 2 pg/ml, with a recommended 2-fold dilution. The kit may be stored for up to 6 months at 2 to 8°C from the date of shipment; the reconstituted recombinant protein standard should be stored at -20°C or -80°C (recommended at -80°C), and opened microplate wells or reagents may be stored for up to 1 month at 2 to 8°C. According to the manufacturer, the whole kit may be used within one year if stored at -20°C.
