It detects both natural and recombinant mouse MAPK3, with a detection range of 78-5000pg/ml and a sensitivity of 39.6pg/mL.

Linearity has been validated for serum (91-117%), EDTA plasma (91-128%), and heparin plasma (91-109%) across serial dilutions.
