Mouse Mitochondrial Rho GTPase 1 (Rhot1) ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise quantification of Mitochondrial Rho GTPase 1 (RHOT1) in mouse samples, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie supports research applications in mitochondrial dynamics. The kit is reactive with mouse samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. It detects natural and recombinant mouse Mitochondrial Rho GTPase 1 with a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.29ng/mL.

Precision is reported with an Intra CV of 0.0% and an Inter CV of 0.0%. Linearity was evaluated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (N=5), with serum ranging from 91-115%, EDTA plasma from 82-120%, and heparin plasma from 93-119% across the dilution series. Recovery averaged 80% for both serum and plasma samples, with a recovery range of 80-80% in each case.

RHOT1 is a mitochondrial GTPase located on the mitochondrion outer membrane and is involved in mitochondrial trafficking, including control of anterograde transport of mitochondria and their subcellular distribution.
