Mouse Mitochondrial peptide methionine sulfoxide reductase (Msra) ELISA Kit

This sandwich-format ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables highly sensitive and specific quantitative detection of mitochondrial peptide methionine sulfoxide reductase (MSRA) in mouse samples. The assay is intended for research into mitochondrial function and oxidative stress, where MSRA contributes to mitochondrial health by reducing methionine sulfoxide residues. It yields reliable, reproducible results when applied to serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant specimens.

Quantitative readout is supported by a standard range of 0.312–20 ng/mL. The workflow follows a sandwich ELISA format: samples and standards are dispensed into microplate wells, incubated with detection reagents, washed, developed with substrate, and read for optical density at 450 nm.
