Mouse MIP-3a/CCL20 ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate measurement of MIP-3A (CCL20) in mouse samples, this colorimetric ELISA Kit from Assay Genie uses a sandwich ELISA, double antibody format. Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL and an assay range of 7.813-500 pg/mL. Linearity in serum (n=5) is 87-105% at 1:2, 86-105% at 1:4, and 92-104% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) is 82-95%, 82-99%, and 84-95%; heparin plasma (n=5) is 81-100%, 87-101%, and 87-100%. Recovery in serum averages 98% (range 90-102%), EDTA plasma averages 97% (range 90-102%), and heparin plasma averages 98% (range 94-103%). The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
