Mouse MIP-3 beta/CCL19 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the precise measurement of mouse MIP-3 Beta (CCL19) levels in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The kit uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich format suited to immunology and inflammation research, where CCL19 is studied as a chemokine involved in immune cell recruitment in autoimmune, allergic, and inflammatory conditions.

Assay performance is characterised by a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a measurable range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Reported linearity spans 82–104% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions. Recovery ranges from 86–98% for serum (average 91%), 87–103% for EDTA plasma (average 98%), and 86–104% for heparin plasma (average 93%). Unopened kit components are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.

The procedure begins with reagent and TMB substrate equilibration to room temperature, followed by loading standards, samples, and controls onto the pre-coated plate and incubating at 37°C for 90 minutes. A biotin-labelled detection antibody is then added and incubated at 37°C for 60 minutes, followed by HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes at 37°C. TMB substrate is added and the plate incubated in the dark for 10–20 minutes; the reaction is stopped and absorbance read at 450 nm immediately.
