This Assay Genie Mouse MIP-3 alpha kit (PharmaGenie) supports quantitative measurement of CCL20 chemokine in research samples using a pre-coated microplate. CCL20, also known as Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-3 alpha, is a small chemokine that signals through CCR6 and drives recruitment of Th17 cells, dendritic cells, and B lymphocytes in mucosal and inflamed tissues, supporting studies in colitis, psoriasis, bone remodeling, and mucosal immunity. Reconstituted standards and diluted detection antibody should be aliquoted and stored frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles, while unopened plate and buffer components remain refrigerated until first use. The kit provides sufficient reagents for one microplate of samples and is intended for in vitro research use only.
