Mouse MIP-1b/MIP-1 beta ELISA Kit

Documented linearity in serum spans 90–99% at 1:2, 87–98% at 1:4, and 84–93% at 1:8 dilution. EDTA plasma gives 88–105%, 89–95%, and 84–97% across the same dilutions, while heparin plasma gives 89–103%, 83–95%, and 80–100%. Recovery averages 94% in serum (range 85–105%), 98% in EDTA plasma (range 92–104%), and 96% in heparin plasma (range 86–104%). The procedure involves equilibrating reagents, a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm following stop solution addition.
