Mouse MIP-1 beta/CCL4 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1475)

A chemokine quantification immunoassay from Assay Genie measures macrophage inflammatory protein 1 beta (MIP-1β, also called CCL4) in mouse-derived samples. The kit is supplied in a 96 assays format with pre-coated plate, detection antibody, lyophilized standards, and buffers for running duplicate standard curves. MIP-1β/CCL4 is a CC-family chemokine secreted by activated macrophages, dendritic cells, and lymphocytes, recruiting CCR5-expressing immune cells during inflammation, infection, and tumor microenvironments. Researchers apply this ELISA to cell culture supernatant samples, plasma specimens, or serum collected from mouse models of inflammatory disease, viral infection (including HIV co-receptor studies), autoimmune disorders, or vaccine response. The assay produces a colorimetric signal read on a standard plate reader, and reconstituted reagents are stored refrigerated per the package insert.
